Hotel Veritas
Whenever I travel, I’m always on the lookout for an interesting, charming, unusual place – boutique hotels being my favorite. So when I learned that we are about to get a new boutique hotel in Harvard Square – Hotel Veritas – I was excited and intrigued. And when I met with the general manager, who is an old friend from my Four Seasons days, and saw the plans for the hotel and all of the beautiful identify artwork they created, I was completely hooked. From what I can tell, Fall 2010 collections are either going the more is more route, with multiple layers of mixed textures and colors, or keeping to a minimal palette with sleek shapes, even if those shapes are sometimes a bit funky. I’m sure it is obvious which direction I prefer!
