They may be in Boston later in the year, but in the mean time, their debut album just arrived. Although the actual release date is July 26th, if you order a CD from their website, you’ll get it early! They post lots of videos from their Viper Room shows on Facebook too!

If you change your mind about LA, I’m going to be at the album release party at The Viper Room on the 31st.

Love them both but I would definitely choose the yellow. As bright as it is, to me it’s more of a neutral. There’s almost no color you couldn’t wear it with!

I can’t imagine tweeting what I eat…sounds like a nightmare. But keeping a food journal helped me (especially when my trainer was reviewing it regularly). My weakness is the wine. When I cut that back, it really helped me. Plus adding the cardio that my trainer constantly nags me about. Good luck. I know it’s not easy (I’m typing this in my gym clothes while rationalizing why not to go to the gym)
